I thoroughly enjoyed doing this course, and would like to thank Alistair most sincerely. I have been fairly socially isolated since the deaths of my parents, whom I spent the last seven years caring for. Living with them and being on-call 24/7 really puts a strain on other relationships and activities. I’m not a particularly gregarious person and the ease of connecting on-line with like-minded people made this a great opportunity to start ‘coming out’ into the world again.
