Creative Writing: Poetry

This practical and varied eight week course aims to look more closely into aspects of writing poetry. Each weekly Unit works on a specific topic such as Rhythm, Rhyme, Free Verse, and Poetic Forms.

The Units include varied Activities for the student to complete and e-mail to the tutor. There is a special section on U3A poetry groups.

U3A poets can benefit from the comments of other students as well as tutors and will, I hope, find new inspiration for their own work.
